The conditions on which you may use the Arkadia site, and what the funding information on it is worth.
About the site
The site is run by Arkadia, at Calea Dumbrăvii 111, Sibiu. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not agree with them, please do not use it.
Funding information
The calls, programmes, budgets and deadlines on the site are taken from the applicant's guides and the managing authorities' official announcements, on the date each page shows. Guides change through corrigenda, and the text that has effect is always the one the managing authority publishes.
The information is general. It is not legal or financial advice for any particular project and does not replace the official guide.
The eligibility check
The free eligibility check is a preliminary assessment, made on the details you send us. It creates no obligation for either party until a contract is signed.
Consultancy services
Writing the funding application, filing it, answering clarification requests and support during implementation are provided under a written contract that sets the scope, the deadlines, the fee and each party's liability. The funding decision rests with the managing authority or the funding body.
Use of the site
You may read, print and share the site's pages, naming the source. Extracting its content in bulk by automated means, attempting to disrupt the site or compromise its security, and using its content for misleading purposes are not allowed.
Intellectual property
The texts, structure, graphic elements, app screenshots and the Arkadia mark belong to Arkadia and are protected by Romania's Law 8/1996 on copyright and related rights. Guides and official documents belong to those who issued them.
External links
The site links to the pages of managing authorities and other third parties. Arkadia is not responsible for the content or availability of those pages.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Arkadia is not liable for loss arising from using the site's information without checking the official guide. Liability for contracted services is as set in the contract.
Personal data
How we process the data you send through the form is set out in the privacy policy.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute is first settled amicably; where that is not possible, the courts at Arkadia's seat have jurisdiction.
Changes
Arkadia may update these terms. The version in force is the one on this page, with the date of its last update.
